Return & Refund Policy

• Return Window: We offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within seven days of receiving your item. The jewellery must be in its original, unworn condition with all security tags, certificates, and packaging intact.

• Non-Returnable Items: Please note that customized orders, engraved pieces, and certain hygiene-related items (like nose pins) are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.

• Refund Process: Once your returned item is received and undergoes a quality inspection by our experts, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Exchange Policy: If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or design, you may do so within the 7-day window. Any price difference between the items will be settled before the new shipment is dispatched.

• Inspection Criteria: Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations performed by any jeweler other than Digold Jewellers will not be accepted for return or refund.
